I can’t thank Professor Havas and his team enough. I was having persistent hoarseness for months and ended up having a benign hemorrhagic polyp on my vocal cords. My original diagnosis and treatment plan from another practitioner didn’t suit my personal commitments so I came to Havas ENT Clinic for a second opinion. Dr Havas was very reassuring, personable, and understanding. His office was able to schedule me in for a simple surgery within the week. Only 8 days later and my voice sounds great again. Thank you.
Terrible clinic. If I could leave a 0 I would. Got reffered to this guy for my 3 sons with a tough tie. He spent 30 seconds with each baby, told me that they have a toung tie, which I already knew 3 months ago and said come back in 6 months. I was there for 6 minutes, apparently that's 3 different adult appointments (within 6 minutes) and with no shame whatsoever charged me $285 for EACH BABY, that's $855 for nothing but "yea, they seem ok but they have it". I went to Dr Havas with a sore throat that wouldn't respond to antibiotics .Diagnosed with stage 4 throat cancer and referred to Prince of Wales cancer unit . Writing this review 3 years later and was it worth the money . Hell yeah !!
A $10,000 Heist with a Waiting Room." If you have an extra $500 burning a hole in your pocket just to be told to "google" your own health fund claims, this is the clinic for you. Truly an elite experience in doing the bare minimum for a premium price. The highlight, however, was being quoted $10,000 for a procedure that—with incredible audacity—had to be paid upfront. Dr Thomas charged me $10k to do operation for my husband to fix problems of snooring. After operation my husband throat got infection, I had to take him to Emergency department of Bankstown hospital. After all, my husband snooring problem was not fixed at all, it's getting worse. I called doctor Thomas, he told me to send him the recording my husband snooring while his sleeping, I did. He told me to pay him money again so he can check & consultaion. I did not agree cause that's his responsibility to check & fix his problems.... read more
