We recently scheduled an appointment at Dr. Chelsea Mitchel’s office to address some dental conditions. Upon arriving at her clinic, Havanna Street Dental, we were courteously welcomed by her attentive staff. While waiting for our evaluation, we enjoyed a variety of beverages and pleasant television programming. Had to get a deep clean and it wasn't torture. When you have to do something every 6 months, you learn which offices are the good ones. They weren't even condescending about flossing
After Dr. Chelsea Mitchel acquired ownership of Havana Street Dental, I had two examinations by her over a period of just over six months. With the first exam, I said I did not want it, as it would not be covered by insurance as it was too soon. I was told they would take care of it. Later, after insurance denied payment, they sent me the bill. When I objected, the office did drop the charges, but not pleasantly. Dr Mitchell, her assistant Abdel and her staff are terrific. I've had 2 crowns done this year and they are perfect. I would recommend this practice to anyone.
Great people all around. Cody took care of me and man oh man, He was excellent! The owners are doing an amazing job. Keep up the good the work 🙏🏼💪🏼
