Dr. Mitchell and her entire staff have been wonderfully to me who, I must admit, am a Dentist Hater!!. My blood pressure soars when in the chair...however, from the new office ambience to the front office staff to the dental assistants to Dr. Mitchell herself, my husband and I have felt confident in our care at this new practice. They are caring and concerned but not pushy. We have been to this particular location previously with different dentists and this current dentist and her staff are a vast improvement.
Dr Mitchell and all of her staff are wonderful. My child has pretty severe dental anxiety and they are always so patient and kind. They do a great job of explaining treatment and making things understandable.
I can't recommend Dr. Mitchell highly enough. She has a great bedside manner, very skilled and gentle, explains the procedure and even followed up that evening to check on my pain status. The staff at Havana St. Dental is experienced and does a great job with care and prep and the equipment is use is the most up to date and makes for an excellent overall experience. Dr Mitchell is a great dentist, very professional and will take care of all your dental needs.
Havana Street Dental, to which I must give a thumbs down thumbs down . Following Dr. Mitchell's acquisition of the practice, I visited for two cleanings. Michele, the previous office coordinator who also handled billing, informed me that I had a credit on my account. However, the new staff was unaware of this and requested payment. Subsequently, I received an EOB statement indicating a balance of $100. Upon further investigation, they acknowledged that I now have a credit of $100.
