Moving from Atlanta to Tampa was a very big change. After visiting a number of communities in the Tampa/St Pete area, Havana Sq checked all the boxes of what I was looking for, Price, Location and amenities. Management and Staff made the process seamless.
The maintenance staff and manager are the only reason for the 2 stars. Geared for the bachelor/college crowd. Not a place for babies/kids/teens. Was thrilled at first as the property was nice on the initial walk through. Living here is a different story. My kids point out a "funny smell" (marijuana) EVERYTIME we're at the pool or in the courtyard or simply walking in from the parking garage. Would anyone like to take over my lease?!
My daughter lives in Havana with no complaints. She absolutely loves the community and proximity to school. Can't speak to parking issues because she does not have a car.The only complaint I have is the 20% (350$) per month increase for the new lease we were just sent which will make renewing difficult
