My daughter and I love coming to Havana Nail Spa. The pedicures are amazing and the staff are so friendly.
Had an appointment and still sat there for 30 minutes waiting for my pedicure to even start. Meanwhile, they started my mom and sister-in-law 10 minutes late. I eventually walked out. I’m from out of town, was here for limited family time, and this completely ruined it. Instead of acknowledging me or communicating what was going on, the staff seemed far more concerned about their WiFi not working than the actual customers sitting and waiting. This place used to be the best! I'm not sure what happened but the last few times I've been my shellac peels off after 4 or 5 days and I haven't been very happy with the service.
Mary did a great job!! I definitely recommend her when you go in here.
