Havana Mania absolutely delivered! We started with the shrimp tostones, which were fresh, flavorful, and the perfect appetizer. For our entrées, we had the whole fried snapper with rice, black beans, sweet plantains, and pickled onions, along with the oxtail, which was incredibly tender and packed with rich flavor.
