I purchased a 2023 Ford Explorer from Havana Ford. My sales representative Marty was outstanding . He walked me through the process of even setting up my ford app which directly sends texts to my phone when service of any part is needed . To my surprise this car has spectacular features such as crash control and is fast. I felt safe and overly pleased with the warm welcome I received from the time I pulled into the lot, as Havana Ford made me feel like family .
