I cannot recommend Hava Tech highly enough. They do awesome work, staff is all very professional, punctual, and their work is very well done, efficient, and buttoned up. Incredible value, money well spent! So glad we use them for our warehouse mechanical / HVAC definitely the right team for the job.
Not customer service oriented.
We called the company to check out our restaurant walk-in cooler. Amir Hossain responded and agreed to check our walk in cooler. We agreed to pay him the requested service fee. They came in the store, and without servicing anything they demanded we pay them their travel fee $70. They promised they were going to visit again, and for that visit the service fee was $500 for the technician.
