A new resident to Reno found an amazing team that worked hard in matching my family's needs and our new home in Reno. We met Jeff and Nancy on a job interview. We relocated from another state with two children. Nancy's experience as a teacher and knowledge of the school districts really helped choose a location for our new home. They walked us through the process of the loan application and helped us find temporary housing while we waited for loan approval. Jeff and Nancy are the best realtor you could ever ask for. Their integrity is over the top. They went out of the way to help us in the home buying process. Despite the fact that we took 8-10 months of their time, they never showed any frustration with us, as we were discovering ourselves as to what we really needed. With them, we felt that they really had our best interest above everything else. My wishes are for their continued success. When the time comes for next transaction; I know I will be calling them again.
