CANNOT say enough wonderful things about Ann. I will never go to another stylist and I've never been so in love with my hair. She does such an incredible job and is such a bright light of a human. Ann is THE best and so is Haute.

This review is for Ann! I absolutely ADORE her and she’s so talented. She’s also the funniest person you’ll ever meet and she keeps you entertained while you’re there. Marina is an absolute gem and is always my backup if Ann can’t get me in. She’s so sweet and so talented as well (a literal Disney princess). I booked an appointment for Tuesday night the week before (on Thursday) but never received an email confirmation. On Monday, I tried calling the number listed on their website, but it doesn’t work. I then messaged them on Instagram and even commented on Nicole’s page — still no response. Their customer service is really disappointing, and for the price of their services, I expected much better communication. I was really bummed because I specifically wanted to book with this person.
