Andrea is incredibly kind, gentle, and empathetic. I had had a bad experience with electrolysis previously and she was very understanding and patient with treating me. It honestly feels more like a spa treatment now for me because of her calm, kind demeanor. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Andrea is a compassionate and funny person and she is very good are getting rid of your hair. If you are doing SRS surgery prep, she is highly recommended. She does electrolysis and laser!

I can't say enough great things about Andrea! I am a transgender woman and have been coming here for both laser and electrolysis. She is experienced and knowledgeable, and also very kind and friendly (to everyone, but especially towards her trans clients). I originally considered going to Milan for laser and went there for a consult first, but Milan's business practices rubbed me the wrong way and I didn't feel that they were being totally honest with me.
