Back in March when I purchased my gown I gave this place a 5/5. From the point of paying for my gown to actually picking it up everything got worse. The day I found my gown was amazing & I give all the props to Catie- who is no longer working here which is very sad for this business because I believe this would not have happened with her around! I had an absolutely wonderful experience start to finish. The shop itself is super cute and accessible. Catie was such a sweetie. She asked great questions to help me find what I was looking for and she was so supportive during our time. You should check out this shop if you are looking for a wedding dress.
My daughter, Alyssa (the bride to be) found the most perfect dress from Haute on Jan 20th 2024 and the ladies at Haute made her feel beautiful, seen, and heard! The atmosphere and extra attention was beautiful with 9 of us there! Every photo I took of my daughter she was smiling so big in the pictures with her “Say Hell Yes, to the Dress!” choice on.
