It was basically awful. My stylist kept insulting me—- seeming like she knew my hair type and I was caring for it all wrong, but when I left I didn’t look very good. The bride, my friend was sad. Her hair turned out better, hence two stars but hat was after the second hairstylist took over by my request the first hairstylist seemed scared to do her hair or give opinions at all, they disregarded us for the bridal party that was coming in next and tried to rush us out (we had appointments!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!). Didn’t feel the stylist wanted to be there. Hair wasn’t done to my preference. I can do it better myself. But since I didn’t feel like it and wanted someone to do it for me overall was satisfied. Service was quick. I just had to fix it once home.
Went with my daughter and granddaughter for my sons wedding. Both mine and my daughters hair was the worst up-do ever!! Even after showing several photos of the desired hair-do and stopping the technician mid way through the process to express my dislike of the style she still did a terrible style, not even close to the pictures. After she was done I said this is not the same as the picture and her reply was “I can’t do that”. The stylist should have said that from the beginning. My hair looked like a rats nest.
