I would never recommend this DDS. Can't believe he is still in practice. I still cringe when I think of my last experience with him. He was able to influence other specialist in the field. I was left in severe pain for several years as I went from specialist to specialist trying to get help. They all seemed to fear going against him. It was a nightmare.
5 stars Suzan M Customer since 2017 I was amazed at my experience with Dr. Hauss. Professional, caring, experienced and very funny! He explained everything and every option. I finally feel at ease at the dentist. Thank you, Dr. Hauss and staff!!
Dr. Hauss is great until you have a serious problem. He becomes a maniac, and his ego gets in the way. He is willing to leave you in pain. He gives to much authority to his hygienist and protects them when they are wrong. However, he will not give them enough days to provide insurance for them. Which causes their anger. He did not replace his office manager, putting double work on his assistant manager and dental assistance.

Dr. Hauss: Home of the $10 000 braces. After 4 years (supposed to have only been 3) of crappy service and results, I've had to go to someone who knows what they are doing to finish a job started by Dr. Hauss. He'll recommend veneers when he can't finish closing space, for an extra 2 grand, he'll also volunteer to file down crooked teeth instead of straightening them so as they might look straight. If you have any sense you will go see someone who's qualified, else throw your money away.
I havre lived in several states and by far was pleased with the exceptional service I received at the office. I highly recomen A very everyone and anyone that is tired of poor dental treatment to visit this office, there office manager was extremely helpfull in helping me pick a dental plan for my fianancial needs. I also have a daughter and the back office staff put her right at ease, I didnt even have to sit there with her while she received treatment. I have been a patient of his for the last few years. I recently moved to Temecula, CA , which is about a 2 hours drive to Long Beach. I still continue the drive, because a good dentist is hard to find.
