RecommendedNatalie is an amazing massage and muscle technician. She geeks out over the muscles, muscle grouping, tendons, and how it all works together. With some seemingly simple techniques, she released muscle pain and loosened joints. She also asked about some skin issues she noticed and provided a solution that works for her.
