Never tried the cleaning due to the absolute rude phone support. Really deterred me from buying, will be using someone else.

Tried Hausly for a one-time clean. Lindsey, who I spoke with on the phone, was really kind and helpful during the booking — honestly the best part of the experience. The cleaners showed up on time, which I appreciated, but the clean itself felt rushed. There were areas that were clearly missed — dust on baseboards, streaky mirrors, and the kitchen sink still had residue. For the price, I expected better attention to detail. Not a terrible experience overall, but not one I’d be excited to repeat either.

Another amazing experience with Hausly for our latest tenant turnover. Aimee arrived early and did an incredible job getting our unit cleaned. Everything was spotless and felt like new. We really love how they even wipe down the walls which makes the place smell fresh upon walking in. Aimee was a delight to deal with and went above and beyond with the cleaning.
