All of the staff at Hauserman were exceptional to deal with. Katie began by finding the perfect rental to meet my needs. Other staff were very friendly and accomodating. I'll definitely be back and when I return, Hauserman will be my path to another great stay, I am confident.
Very satisfied with our recent Tahoe rental through the Hauserman group. When we called in late November to book our winter vacation the man on the phone (can't remember his name) was very matter-of-fact, helpful and not sales-y. He greatly understated the view of Lake Tahoe from our rental home. After arriving late in the evening, we woke up the first morning to an amazing view, best I've seen. Good surprises like that make for very happy renters.
My boyfriend and I stayed at Star Harbor # 18 and absolutely loved it! The view was incredible and King bed was super comfortable. Thank you Hauserman!
We've rented condos from the Hauserman Rental Group for the last 4 years during the winter time. All the condos were very nice & clean, fully stocked, with all the necessities. Staff was very polite, professional and easy to deal with. Last year I lost one of the keys to the condo so we went back to the office and explained to them what happened.
