Worst place to apply to rent or buy a home. I put in an application with this crazy place. They told me I was denied but never took my identification. Isn't that illegal looking into it with my lawyers all because I wouldn't pay double deposit because of my credit score.
Horrible. Don't listen to complaints. Everyone else has moved, my mom will now too.
Extremely unprofessional. Sent an email asking for more info. Response back was, “hey give me a call” Then called about another property to a different agent, she tells me that offer was due this morning at 8am. I asked, well why isn’t that listed? She said you would find out when you call for a showing. Well if I had known that a property, that just went up for sale, had a deadline I would have called sooner.
