Kelly & her staff along with Doug have been more than amazing!! I can't put into words how caring, attentive, generous they all are & always there to answer any questions of mine along the way. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I highly recommend them & their properties to anyone that's in the market to rent. Your needs will definitely be taken into consideration & always heard. You'll be in your new home in no time. Beyond thankful for them & all they've done for my children & I.
I am not mad at Hauser in itself. But I am upset that they asked me to reach out to get my issue resolved and when I called I was told it’s not a priority. I have lived in my house for almost two years and I have to nowhere to put my eating utensils or my pots and pans because the cabinet in the house is old and only has a half drawer I can use and the bottom of the cabinet can’t be used because it’s nothing but dirt. Very quick moving process and everyone has answered all of my questions. Everyone at Hauser has been very friendly, professional and prompt. My family is very happy! Kelly helped me find the perfect place and Victoria was great as well. If I need help with anything service has been prompt and the HVAC people that Hauser sends are very courteous and nice as well hands down the best in Danville!
