The best company you could choose for your heating/cooling needs. They installed my new furnace, air conditioner & humidifier expertly and efficiently. Perfect experience from beginning to end.
Used service 30 years plus.Service tech was fine.Paid ahead for service in 2021 but office could not find.Asked about replacing 4 feet of insullation on tubing from heat pump to house-wanted $200 plus.Will no longer use.

I have multiple houses that are used for rental purposes and have been using Hauser heating and cooling for the past couple years. Last visit they did the yearly check up on the furnace and told me there was a carbon monoxide leak detected. He was very honest and couldn't condemn the furnace. He told me to call consumers gas and have a second opinion. They indeed found a leak and told me the contractor was correct and leak was small to detect but indeed a leak and they red tagged it. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Hauser heating did my heating/cooling a few months back but they didn't seal the pipes well. I called and asked if they could come out and fix it and they said someone would call me back that day. Every day for 8 days in a row, I called and never got a call back (even though the phone person told me I would get a call back that day) Finally they made an appointment for me (which i demanded after 2 weeks of calling) and they canceled the day of.
