Bob and Katie Hauser moved here with their young babies back in March of 1988 to begin their Hauser Chem-Dry business. We have been a family owned business for over 35 years. Don't be fooled by the name like we were! No "chemical odor", just carbonated water. And it works. And it dries in a fraction of the time. Thank you to Chem-Dry for making our carpets look amazing again.

Hauser Chem dry cleaned one of my properties in Lake City on 31 July. They were scheduled in a tight window between move in and move out renters and were there promptly as requested. They performed admirably on both regular and Berber carpeting.i highly recommend them.
I had Hauser clean the carpets & concrete in our home. Dave cleaned our carpets and did a phenomenal job! He performed a quality job, he took pride in his work & particular about his work. He was also very friendly! Would recommend this company!
Our carpets were still wet in some spots and damp in others 10+hours after cleaning. I vacuumed at the 10 hr mark and got 3/4 canister full of debris. Very disappointed for the cost!

Was super easy process and fast service. Had an appointment setup for 1230 for my living room carpet and they were running ahead of schedule, called and came early. Dave went out of his way to help and I really appreciated it. We will definitely be using them again!
