There was no signage in the entryway to guide us to the stairs. I am only 60 and in good shape and the stairs were difficult. Once seated, we were disappointed to know that we were lined up in a row on plastic seats as opposed to placed at tables with five or six people. That would’ve been much more intimate. The venue itself is stunning and provided a beautiful backdrop for the wedding. However, dealing with the management was an absolute nightmare. Communication was inconsistent—one person would promise something, only for another to refuse to honor it. Getting in touch with management was nearly impossible, often taking days to receive responses to calls or messages. Super hot needs fans above the ceilings to help circulate the air flow! More restrooms stalls to be installed has so much potential to host cute events for small family’s on small budgets!
