I had to walk out mid service. The woman doing my pedicure/manicure seemed miserable, she would not stop sighing. I’m heavily tattooed and pierced so I’m used to it but it was just excessive and rude. She had a mask on, but it was all the way down on her chin not covering her mouth or nose. So what’s the point of the mask? She also had a ton of rings and bracelets on. I had a great experience with the rubber gel mani and the gel pedi. First time getting gel nails. The salon is clean and cozy and the workers were all friendly :)
I believe this place is out of business? I have attempted to schedule online several times the past month and I try 7 days a week, nothing is available. I have called several times, no answer. I even drove by during their posted business hours as a walk in and lights were out and doors locked all three times.
Warning: might not last 3 weeks! I visited this nail place on 11/22 based on a coworker's recommendation, but unfortunately, my experience didn't quite match the hype. One nail came off completely after just 1 week, and although they nicely re-did it for free, 2 more nails broke just 2 days later. The staff was super nice, but I'm really disappointed with the product quality. Might not be worth it if you're looking for long-lasting gel nails.
This nail salon offers extraordinary service! The entire staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve had many negative experiences in the past, so I was hesitant to try a new place, but I decided to give this one a chance. I’m so glad I did! Trust me, you won’t regret giving this nail salon a chance! Great music!!! Lots of smiles! Thank you for the wonderful experience and service!!!!
