I can not recommend Michael enough. As first time home-buyers, Michael went out of his way to thoroughly explain the whole process to us... from breaking down the real estate contract, to explaining the process for financing, to strategies to help us land the home of our dreams (not to mention this was all while enduring the freezing cold outside during our initial 3-hr meeting... sorry Michael!).
