Buyer Beware :A roof was installed last January 2024 by Haus Roofing in Clarksville Indiana for $ 7,680.00. The roof warranty is under warranty for 60 months. There was a storm that came on 3/15/2024 that required an insurance adjuster/advisor to do an assessment for potential damage. The adjuster informed us that they are severe issues with this roof installation and it is causing wet decking from pipe boot leaks, there was no starter strip installed, there is 2 different types of roof vents installed.
