Turned up randomly to question about my "old man hairy ears" and was met by Katarina.... She lazered my hairy ears free of charge and provided me with a plan moving forward to help me with this all with a great smile, attitude, awesome customer service, very competitive price and timeline.... Katerina has such a warm and welcoming personality and her experience really shows. As a first-time customer getting a spray tan, she explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable with the whole process. She also knew exactly which colour match would suit me. The salon is beautifully decorated and has a calm, inviting atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back very soon!
