I’ve been a client of Haus of Hair now for a couple of years now. I’ve had some really bad luck with hairdressers in the past and the girls in this salon are unbelievable. Charlene is the most understanding and knowledgeable hairdresser I’ve been to in my life, you can vaguely describe what you want to Charlene and she will instantly just understand you and exceed your expectations. I went to this salon on the 2nd of October and left crying!! I originally booked a head of highlights and was priced £125 around the exact same as the last time I attended which I also had to go back that time as the staff took chunks out of my fringe When leaving the second time around and meaning to pay £125 my card was charged for £230 with my deposit which I contacted the manger about straight away! Matthew is amazing at what he does, it has taken me years to get blonde and in one session he was able to lift my hair with no damage and never have I had more compliments on my hair. such a legend, highly recommend 🤍

I was passing haus of hair and decided to call in to ask for help as my hair had been messed up somewhere else. It was Charlene who spoke to me and said that she would be able to fix it for me. I went to the salon a few days later and Charlene talked me through her plan and she started the process of fixing it. I haven't looked back and I regularly get my hair done with Charlene.
