so upset won’t be back! Was overcharged massively for treatment done without my permission added treatments as they pleased without informing me…. Sat for 6-7 hours with bleach in my hair Burnt my scalp Very unprofessional Refused the money that was overcharged back I got blocked Tampered with my confirmed booking Worst experience in a hair dressers yet!
I was passing haus of hair and decided to call in to ask for help as my hair had been messed up somewhere else. It was Charlene who spoke to me and said that she would be able to fix it for me. I went to the salon a few days later and Charlene talked me through her plan and she started the process of fixing it. I haven't looked back and I regularly get my hair done with Charlene. Loved my hair every time leanne has done it. She fitted extensions that she coloured matched and ordered for my wedding and I couldn’t of been happier. Real professional salon and really know what they are talking about. Thank you 😊
Extremely educated and friendly staff. I have gotten my hair done multiple times at haus of hair with Charlene and can confidently say she is the best in the business! I always leave Charlene’s chair feeling so confident and the friendly environment of the salon makes it difficult to leave! Thank you to everyone at haus of hair x
