I recently toured HAUS Memorial Park while looking for my next apartment and was really impressed. The building is beautiful and the amenities are thoughtfully designed, especially if you have a dog. The indoor dog park and dog wash area were some of the best I’ve seen. The unit I toured had great natural light and a balcony, and the location near Memorial Park is a huge bonus. I’ve now been at HAUS Memorial Park for 2 months, and I’ve loved every minute of it! From the moment I toured, I knew this was the perfect fit for me and I couldn’t wait to move in! Both the staff and neighbors are super friendly, the facilities are well-kept, and the complex is in a nice, convenient location. You basically get the Downtown “high rise” experience without dealing with the Downtown traffic/commotion. Sad to say we’ll be moving out after our 15-month lease, but not because we didn’t love this property or the team. Emily and Andrea have been amazing from start to finish. Any concerns we had were addressed quickly, and maintenance was always timely and great. Like any complex, things like the elevators or gate occasionally need attention, but management always kept residents updated. Overall, this has been a great place to live and we will truly miss it.
