After staying at HAUS properties multiple times, I was shocked to be woken up at 7am on a Saturday morning by an aggressive and angry agent named Vida who unnecessarily created a very heated and traumatic situation while staying with a group of friends at one of their properties. After more than 10 years using Airbnb globally, this was by far our worst experience. Yes, there was one extra guest staying at the property beyond the booking number. We acknowledged this immediately and were happy to pay any additional fee, as we had done previously without issue. Instead of handling the matter professionally, Vida and Sarah (the owner) escalated the situation in an astonishing and aggressive manner.
