I am a mortgage processor and whenever I get a condo loan I cringe knowing I have to deal with a property management company. Until now!!! Not only were Dora and Lauren extremely communicative they were a pleasure to work with. On top of that, I received what I requested/ordered in the most timely manner and my follow up questions were answered even faster than that. Not only have I NOT cringed, I've actually smiled. More than once. Thank you ladies!!!
