First of all, I posted a lengthy 1 star review and was contacted by the manager in an attempt to intimidate me to removing it. I scheduled a tour of the property and Toni showed me the two floor plans I was interested in. She answered all my questions and made the application process smooth and easy. The updated appliances, large kitchen, and large walk-in showers are the highlights. The MBR shower is the largest walk-in shower I have ever seen. The staff here are truly the best. Toni, Jade, and Marcus all take such good care of the residents anytime we need anything. Don’t know what I would do without them!
Updated to reply to your response: I’m happy to discuss in person but in our back and forth messages the only options given were to pay for a designated spot or park on the street. So if those are the only options you’ll be providing I’m not going to waste my time. I do find it a bit odd that an expensive apartment complex cannot provide parking for its own residents and I think anyone considering moving in should be aware of that fact. Apartment complex is ok. I've lived in several apartment complexes, and Haus is by far my favorite. The standout aspect is the incredible property staff—Jade, Toni, and Marcos—who are the best I've encountered. The location, view, and in-unit amenities are great. If keeping rent prices the same means less art in the hallways, this would be the best apartment in Dallas.
