This is the perfect hidden gem of uptown! Smaller building, friendly neighbors. Toni and Diana are the best managers of 2828! Michael the maintenance guy is incredible and very fast on his responses when something needs fixed.

I’ve lived at 2828 for four years and absolutely love the close-knit community and unbeatable location in Dallas. Since Diana joined as the new building manager, the experience has only gotten better. Her attention to detail, clear communication, and friendly personality have truly elevated the atmosphere here. I also look forward to the monthly newsletters and upcoming community events she’s introduced — they’ve added such a fun and personal touch to living at 2828!

I found this beautiful apartment community through TikTok and immediately fell in love with it! Office staff, Diana is the best! She took the time tour me around & help me decide the best apartment home that best suits me! The amenities are fabulous and well maintained.
