Switched from Republic due to cost (HT was over 50% cheaper) Service was great until November. As of today, trash hasn't been collected in 2 weeks, recycles haven't been collected in 3 weeks and I've lost count exactly how long it's been since yard waste was collected but it's been at least 5 weeks. Oh yeah, and the last time everything was collected together, they all went in the same truck. What's the point of separate trash and recycles if they're getting commingled anyway? I'm giving this company a one star review now. I signed up for service in Spring of 2022 and things were going great. For the last few weeks, there were missed pick ups. I see trash and recycling piled up high for other customers who have their service. They keep making promise after promise, coming on this day or that day, and still a no show. They also claim to have truck issues, or waiting on truck parts, so down two trucks. Yard waste is not picked up automatically. You have to call the company and request the pick up . ... read more

Started out great, but they've not picked up trash or recycling in over 3 weeks now. Terrible company.
