Don’t you ever do policy with this people they are scammers they add people to my business and want extra money and when I decide not to pay and shut down my business they didn’t want to refund me will be sure no one working with you will put all this all over my social media

Communication is poor. Claims department only replies to my emails and phone calls when it's convenient for them. Been working on the same claim for over 2-1/2 years. Would not recommend

No customer loyalty, I found better coverage at a big savings . Years of loyalty to this company was a waste of money .

The agency, Tooley and Carver, which is where I got Haulers Insurance from, had a customer service representative named Misty that called me "sassy" after I was in a head on collision with someone who's insurance company claimed 100% liability for. The ENT's and police officers said I was lucky to be alive. The underwriters for Haulers Insurance refused to help me and kept telling me to call the agent when I was already having problems with the agency the agent worked for. This is unacceptable and I will not tolerate this.
