Communication is poor. Claims department only replies to my emails and phone calls when it's convenient for them. Been working on the same claim for over 2-1/2 years. Would not recommend

No customer loyalty, I found better coverage at a big savings . Years of loyalty to this company was a waste of money .

The agency, Tooley and Carver, which is where I got Haulers Insurance from, had a customer service representative named Misty that called me "sassy" after I was in a head on collision with someone who's insurance company claimed 100% liability for. The ENT's and police officers said I was lucky to be alive. The underwriters for Haulers Insurance refused to help me and kept telling me to call the agent when I was already having problems with the agency the agent worked for. This is unacceptable and I will not tolerate this.

I originally switched from Progressive to Haulers to save money — and it ended up biting me in the long run. After a $16,000+ claim through Haulers, I gave the body shop (which I chose — not a Haulers partner) two chances to fix my truck properly. Both attempts failed. When I asked Haulers for support — even just to approve a second opinion or inspect the repairs — I was told there was nothing more they could do. That decision cost them more than a payout.
