I had haulers for 12 years always paid on time. I had two accidents the whole time I was insured with then and only one was my fault but there was no damage so the didn't have to pay out anything. I got a letter from them a month ago stating my insurance agent no longer represented haulers so they were canceling my policy so I call them and see what I could do so they sent me to a new agent and they tried to get me a new policy wich haulers refused to insure me due to the fact I had two accidents in 12 years and the only one... read more

This has to be one of sorriest companies I had come across. They penalize you from getting a cheaper rate because you had use your towing package to get my camper out of the mud.it became a 40.00 increase. Stay away from this place would hate to see what would happen if you file a claim. This is ridiculous they must be Democrats!

I was canceled because my AGENT didn't get me a bill after repeat attemptes at paying. After calling and trying to pay I found out I was canceled and tried to pay the whole year in full while on the phone underwriting said absolutely not. Never had a claim never had an issue! Very rude on the phone as well!

Worst insurance I have ever had. I had them for 2 years. Back in April I had a 50/50 split accident. $400 for the other persons car I was told. Next thing I know I'm being canceled and they paid out over $11k in injuries they say. I am 43 years old and it was the first claim IN MY LIFE. Gave me 1 month notice of non renewal. The cheap rates aren't worth it at all.
