worst company ive ever seen, they haven't picked up trash for 3-4 weeks. they keep telling me after hours of sitting on hold that they are "coming today". trash is all over the alley. I finally called a junk removal company out to clean it all up. cancelled the service and will never use this company again.
Why is it that since the middle of December you have only managed to collect trash one time?? It is now the middle of February and trash still sets on the curb. The funny thing is the neighboring sub-divisions not using Haulaway have had trash collected every week on time.
This company sucks in Colorado. Our trash is never picked up on time. Complaints to our HOA will be making a change. Do not hire this company!!’
RecommendedGood for the price for solid waste removal in CO. Can’t get any other company to do what they do for the same price.
Worst trash service we’ve ever had! We’re going on over 2 weeks with no shows. Garbage is piling up and our entire street looks horrible. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Worse trash company in 24 years I’ve lived in CO. They constantly skip pickups.
Worst trash service in the past 20 years living in Founders Village, Castle Rock. Consistently late picking up trash (currently waiting 4 days to have our trash collected after the New Year holiday). I've been on hold for over 15m on the phone trying to find out when (or if) they will come get the trash.
They do not provide the service that has been paid for by customers. Live at Wild Pointe near Elizabeth and they regularly miss pickups and only have excuses.
