I was searching one day endlessly to get a load covered out of our facility and transport to assembly plant. Put on hold by numerous other companies. I pulled Haul Masters info and was surprised to find that the review were true. Ms. DeSpain was awesome and instead of putting me on hold gave me a spot quote rate and arranged the shipment. Not one single issue. The followup was incredible my business will remain in her hands. Wonderful service.

Everyone I had called before Miss DeSpain would not return calls. Miss DeSpain works seven days a week and was able to take care of my freight on a saturday, have it delivered without any issue to keep a production line running on the weekend. Wonderful just wonderfi\ul service

From the start Ms. DeSpain showed exceptional ability r\to problem solve. I had a unique shipping issue and she was able to get my freight to its destination in record time.
