I am a new client, and I have been nothing but satisfied. Everyone in the office and the Dr.'s are very nice and treat you with compassion and care.
I misplaced a prescription for one of my dogs while packing my house for storage. On Halloween night while most of you were trick or treating, Dr. Townsend was meeting me to make sure my poodle did not have a seizure. He drove straight from the woods to take care of us. Thank you just doesn't seem to be enough! I appreciate you!

I love Haughton Animal Hospital! They have taken care of all my dogs and cats since we arrived here in 1986. They have loved my pets and cried with me when they died. Came home yesterday and found one of my worst fears! My puppy on the ground in pain and could not walk. I immediately called this office which we had been to before. I was told "well sorry but we close in 6 minutes. " I understand you have to go home but I live within a block. What was 20 mins? My dog has since passed. I will never use you all again and I will strongly urge no one else to as well.
