Coming out of 45 years of KP care, I am so happy I made the change. Dr. Ly and his PA Charlotte actually listened to my medical issues. Dr. Ly is very thorough when describing medical treatment plans, and he listened to my concerns. Referrals and specialist care were immediate, and I was pleasantly surprised. Wow! I waited 8 years for specific treatment and within months I received the long-awaited treatment. What a difference in medical care - UHC v. Kaiser! Thank you, Dr. Ly and Charlotte!
We have jumped from doctor to doctor, carrier to carrier because we always felt like a number…just someone to get to the next number. Dr. Ly makes you feel heard and valued and he listens to all of what you say and wants to find a solution, not just a way for you to get out of the door. The result is the same, but the journey is much different. Highly recommend Dr. Ly.
One of our favorite doctors at Sutter. He is incredibly thorough, especially when reviewing our annual lab results, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. We never feel rushed through our appointments, and he genuinely makes us feel heard and well cared for.
I'm reviewing this dr as a middle aged health seeking patient. Healthcare cost is no joke folks. It's my nonnegotiable duty to do my part in helping my community, even if it's just one adult, to make a better and informed decision on which family dr they entrust in their care.
