I was a huge advocate for this company and over the last year it has gone to total crap! We had a great rep and when he left we haven’t heard a peep from anyone. I pay for the stay shape which is a joke because when the old rep left I have now spent 3 months chasing a new rep who we haven’t seen or heard from. In fact I wouldn’t know who the new rep was if I didn’t reach out to the one that left! Hattori Hanzo Shears, El Dorado Hills, CA is a company that steals and lies. They claim to have received "verbal authorization" from my daughter to deduct monthly payments from my mother's checking account. First of all, this verbal agreement never happened. Second of all, since when can a NON-account holder give authorization to take monthly payments from someone else's account? Without a court order, of course. Am I right?
