Unfortunately I was rear ended by someone. Fortunately I already knew where I was going. As long as people keep hitting my car, I’ll keep going to Hatton. Paul and his crew are amazing. Just be realistic with your expectations. Some people think it’s same day service to get body work done. Both times I’ve been, Paul was honest about the timeline and it hasn’t been more than a week for the damage I had.
Appreciate Paul being willing to look at my vehicle after other shops had turned me down!He didn't even charge me to take a look at my vehicle and to figure out what the problem was. It is refreshing to find a business that is honest and has a good work ethic! Thank you for being a light to our community!!
Amazing service. Paul was great to work with. I can see why everyone else was giving great reviews. Hatton was the ninth body shop I went to and they did not disappoint. Great work and great customer service.
Paul and his team were incredible. They took the time to listen to our situation and needs. They were able to fix our car for half the price of other quotes we got and 8 days faster than the other companies which saved us the cost and hassle of getting a rental car. Would recommend in a heartbeat! Also always happy to support a local family business.
Paul Hatton is top-notch. He has worked on my car a couple of times, and I have witnessed how he operates his business in line with his life values. His honesty and work ethic is apparent, and that is my number one priority when choosing any company. He will always have my business and my family's business based on that, as well as his workmanship. Trying to just do the "right thing" by customers seems to be so lost on many businesses today. Not on Paul. Give this company a try if you ever need these services.
