Incredible and super reasonable. I had damaged my car door and didn’t want to spend a lot of money because this car is ancient and not worth much. Other body shops had charged me upwards of thousands of dollars which was going to be probably the cost of the car itself. I walked in and Paul was able to help me repair my door immediately with a hammer and didn’t charge me for the help. This place does outstanding work. My car came out looking even better than when I bought it brand new from Ford. The paint match was perfect, and the panel gaps were actually better than factory. Eric kept me updated throughout the entire process with regular calls, which I really appreciated. The team was professional, efficient, and easy to work with. My car was only in for a little over a week no delays or runaround. I will absolutely recommend this shop to anyone in the future.
I can’t speak highly enough. I’ve been in a tough situation slowly rebuilding my truck and finally managed to find a bumper I liked. Unfortunately I was rear ended by someone. Fortunately I already knew where I was going. As long as people keep hitting my car, I’ll keep going to Hatton. Paul and his crew are amazing. Just be realistic with your expectations. Some people think it’s same day service to get body work done. Both times I’ve been, Paul was honest about the timeline and it hasn’t been more than a week for the damage I had.
Appreciate Paul being willing to look at my vehicle after other shops had turned me down!He didn't even charge me to take a look at my vehicle and to figure out what the problem was. It is refreshing to find a business that is honest and has a good work ethic! Thank you for being a light to our community!!
