Billing dept is so rude! First they demand $500 up front for an emergency surgery. Took an hour to arrange a payment plan. Then they collected $200 I didnt even owe as the doctor bill (not their facility bill) hit my insurance out of pocket maximum for the year. Second required surgery again they wanted $500 up front. I had to remind them my out of pocket was met for the year.
