The lady at the front desk ms Thomas so she say was very rude unprofessional I asked her very nice could she tell me what time my aunt was getting off the machine she stated she didn't have to tell me anything I told her the patient is my aunt she stated I thought you were a driver then she called back there to see how long the patient had left then she said she coming off the machine now never a direct time which I know she knows the machine is set up on a timer
If y’all decided to close today, due to the storm, shouldn’t someone have notified the patients? This is the 2nd time this year. We certainly can do better…
