Just bought a bike from Justin. Good, helpful service. The bike was a good purchase.
My husband and I have a Indian scout and it was having a slow crank issue. I was nervous taking it in by reading some of the reviews from others saying bad things. It was not bad experience at all. I didn't call ahead just showed up and drove from Mobile. They took my bike checked it in and we went to grab a bite to eat. Returned about hour and half later and it was ready to go. Sucks ass, drove 2 hours cuz they said they had the part I needed and got there and they didn’t, the workers need to work at toys r us instead
I don't know if the sales staff is instructed to be OVERLY AGGRESSIVE but it comes across as harrassment. As soon as you walk in they continually pester you even after you kindly advise them you're "just looking" And it's not just once or twice, it's an incessant barrage the whole time. I appreciate a well informed and helpful salesman but these guys need to know when to say "okay, my name's Paul, if you need anything let me know. I'll let you browse and get out your way" I'll be going elsewhere to spend my money.
They don't have good custom service . Don't expect to have it done by promised date . If you wanna know the status you better call and stay on top of it because they aren't going to call you ! They don't even seem to care they have inconvenienced me for the whole summer !
Extended warranty pays for nothing and service department is the worst I've ever dealt with was looking at buying new side by side but after the time had with little brothers bike will not recommend them or use them anymore and I've sent people and bought a few bikes from them
