Bought a 2019 RZR on a Saturday that we were told they would have to get from their Natchez store. On the following Thursday, we sent one of our employees up there and was told it wasn’t ready, that they would call us. We told our employee not to leave without the bike. Approximately 6 hours later, he was able to bring it home. It had 8 miles on it, (according to them, the miles were from test driving) 3 scratches in the wrapped area and the tires looked worn. I got ripped off on my Harley Davidson.Saddle bag fell off 20 miles after leaving because they didn’t put it back on right. Took literally 11 weeks to get a replacement bc they claimed it was my fault. I wouldn’t go away like they hoped. They also gave my tour pack and gave me a cheap helmet to make it right. Garbage helmet in place of about a $1200 pack. They tried to lowball me on the trade they had confirmed before trailing my used harley 60 miles.Freaking ripoff!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE !!!!!
