Allan was easy to work with an was very knowledgeable with all questions that I had outstanding person!!
I hate that I need to do this. The sales guys are great but the person I talked to in the service department took all the good the sales could to and ruined the chance of me or my company ever using Hattiesburg cycles. Not only was he very rude to me on the phone he ended the conversation by letting me know he didn’t want my business and telling me not to bring my Suzuki atv to him. Very very sad.
This was the worst experience!! I was told one thing and they did the opposite. I was charged more than what the jet-ski was shown on their website and it broke down after 30 minutes of riding it. Yes I understand it was used but I paid them $500 to maintenance it. I called while broken down and they told me they would fix it to bring it in. After diagnosing the problem they then wanted to charge me again to fix it. I was even told it had a title and now they are saying I need to apply for a lost title At my expense. I would... read more
