Even though we had a few problems with our new 2020 Sea-Doo jet skis, Martin in the service department made all of our problems easier to deal with. He went above and beyond to get us our skis back so we could finally enjoy them! I think his thoughtfulness was beyond professional it was personable.

I will keep this review until proven otherwise. We just purchased 2 brand new 2020 sea doo sparks, didn’t have one in the water 31 minutes and the high engine temp alarm sounds off. We brought it in and was told it’s a sensor. They fixed that, did same thing, now it’s the thermostat. We was sold a lemon and as of right now we are waiting for calls to be returned from managers.
I purchased two 2020 spark jet skies and trailer from Hattisburg Cycle. I’m not happy with this purchase. The very first time in the water 31 minutes into ridding these jet skies my wife’s ski high temperature sensor goes off have to towed back in . We take it back to store they say it’s a bad sensor they said it’s fixed then water tested it again. Now it’s a bad sensor and thermostat now waiting to hear back to see if that’s fixed or not . Me myself I think it’s a lemon as much money as we have spent on these jet skies you ... read more
