Keisha was so sweet and the staff was incredibly kind to our sick toddler.
"Urgent care" or "Immediate care" SHOULD be ... walk in... see a doctor. NOT walk in at 8:00 a.m.when they open, no one in waiting area, and have to SIGN IN FOR AN APPOINTMENT at 11:30. That is what you would expect in a doctor's office as a "work-in" ... NOT IMMEDIATE CARE OR URGENT CARE. This is what a monopoly is... when one entity owns everything.
Appointment at 12:30 and it’s now 1:30. Terrible
The desk ladies are probably the rudest people i’ve ever encountered, don’t know what makes their days so bad
Didn’t treat my bite correctly. Ended up in ER. They said the NP shouldn’t have tried to seal it with glue, it needed to drain. You seal knife cuts not tears like a bite.
