I have been to the clinic several times for many issues, but do not waste your time or money going to the clinic if you have something other than a mild problem. if you have issues such as back pain, migraines , a severe headache anything with major pain, they will not give you anything for it. Not even a temporary aid. They will tell you to see your provider. They will help with urinary infections, sore throat, cough, minor cuts etc those type of things.
Keisha was so sweet and the staff was incredibly kind to our sick toddler.
"Urgent care" or "Immediate care" SHOULD be ... walk in... see a doctor. NOT walk in at 8:00 a.m.when they open, no one in waiting area, and have to SIGN IN FOR AN APPOINTMENT at 11:30. That is what you would expect in a doctor's office as a "work-in" ... NOT IMMEDIATE CARE OR URGENT CARE. This is what a monopoly is... when one entity owns everything.
Appointment at 12:30 and it’s now 1:30. Terrible
The desk ladies are probably the rudest people i’ve ever encountered, don’t know what makes their days so bad
