On the website it says will be notified in 1 week of your order, on week 3 I had to email them and never even got a reply. Pretty bad customer service but the actual product seems ok. Just wish you could actually communicate a bit with them bc I had a few special requests I even emailed them too and still no response. Overall will not purchase again unfortunately
They made me 3 pairs of rings. Copper, Brass, and Silver. I rotate these frequently. I was very pleased with the quality. TY!
I ordered a ring from their online website, received an email asking about my ring size. I have now responded 5+ times via email, in addition to calling the store and have zero response. They accepted my charge without any type of response. This is pure lack of professionalism and credibility. Do not recommend ordering from this store at all.
This is such an amazing local Bozeman store. I always spend at least 30 minutes here whenever I am in the Bozeman area because there is so much to discover at Hattie Rex. They always have new products and this is a great place to find things for yourself and great gifts for others! I would highly recommend this store!
