I highly recommend Oconee Home Inspection. Mr. Robbie Hattaway was very thorough and professional. This was an inspection before my one-year home warranty ended. I wanted him to do my initial home inspection but the builder had so many stipulations I had to go with a different home inspector. Robbie Hattaway was an exceptional home inspector for us. He was very thorough, and then once he was finished, he sat with me on the front porch and talked about a few issues he found. I loved the attention to detail, and the relief I felt as he explained certain issues and how to remedy them. He is VERY knowledgeable. Very friendly. Highly recommend Robbie!

Robbie did an excellent job, he was very thorough. He gave me a detailed Report with great photos and was very patient taking time on the phone to explain everything to me as I was out of state. He has a very reasonable rate and high-quality work for the money. I'm glad he was available for the inspection, I couldn't think of anyone I would rather work with more than him. If you're looking for someone to call, look no further, just give him a call and you'll be glad you did!
Mr. Hattaway was very responsive and went out of his way to make sure our inspection got done in the short time frame we had available. His inspection was thorough and his report was easy to understand. I would definitely work with him again.
