Hattaway managed my property for nearly 8 years. I rented it to the same person almost the entire time for $700/month. Michelle Garner called me in May 2025 and said to check house. I went there and the house was totally trashed with holes in the walls, wires eaten by rats, floors torn and the outside equally in disrepair. Limbs were on the roof. Never have I seen a house in such terrible condition. She was supposed to inspect this house every 6 months. She did nothing. I lost $70,000 because of her management.

They don't fix things on time at all. My heat and air goes right out the front door due to it not being insulated. You can light from outside all around the door. Told them twice, court is next. Roof was leaking, shade tree patched it up and started leaking again. I wonder if they're places of residence is like that. Floor is dangerously uneven and you can fall. They just laid linoleum over messed up floors.
