We brought in Yamaha Waverunner to be inspected and serviced on the middle of May 2018. During the inspection a mechanical problem was discovered, so we left it be repaired. This was toward the end of May. They never kept me informed of any progress. When I called to check on the progress June 1, they informed me the part needed for the repair was on backorder.
